Teacher Leadership Opportunities

​Teacher Leadership Opportunities: One essential leadership opportunity we have offered our prospective teachers and candidates in the past is to attend professional conferences. This helped them to be successful in their programs, and to develop leadership capacity. It has been amazing to see all of the alums who end up presenting at the state science conference (CSTA) and math conference (CMC-S) in later years as teacher leaders. We believe this support helped to retain individuals in the science teaching profession.
