Math/Science Outreach Activities

​Outreach and Promotion: Social Media, Bling, Open Houses, etc. The MSTI Director promotes single subject math and science teacher pathways through presentations at various venues. During the past year, she has presented at various conferences/events (e.g., Educators Rising California Central Regional Conference, TEACH Conference) on being a math or science teacher and will continue to do so. She also plans to continue representing Kremen at EduCorps events. We will investigate hiring a consultant who will advise us on our social media campaign to promote math and science teaching, as well as create flyers and posters supporting teaching as a career.
