Collaboration with Math Teacher Education Program (MTEP)

The Mathematics Teacher Education Partnership (MTEP) has increased collaboration among mathematics education faculty at CSUF, increased awareness among faculty about the AMTE Standards for the Preparation of Teachers of Mathematics and its implications for recruitment, undergraduate mathematics preparation, and high-quality fieldwork placements and led to stronger university-school district partnerships for mathematics teacher preparation. MSTI funds support our continued involved with CSU-MTEP and the national MTEP effort.​
