Be a Teacher Pathway (BAT)

​The Committee has established a Be a Teacher Pathway (BAT), a local version of CSU EduCorps. Everyone involved in teacher recruitment encourages students to sign up for the BAT. The students who sign up receive a personalized email invitation from faculty who have signed on as first responders. The communication directs students to the BAT website where they find step-by-step directions on how they can join the credential program and the variety of scholarships and financial aid options available for them, including the TEACH grant, the NOYCE grant scholarships, and the MSTI grant scholarships.
